When you add PingPilot’s Voice, SMS, Live Chat, and Video to your content marketing campaigns, you can have even more insights about how your leads interact with your company in places outside of email and landing pages.

The following tutorial helps you create a Lead Performance Report with PingPilot engagement columns. Just follow these steps:

  1. Open Marketing Activities

    Navigate to the “Marketing Activities” area of the Marketo application.

  2. Choose a Program

    Choose a program from the Marketing Activities sidebar.

  3. Create a New Local Asset

    Click the “New” button and select “New Local Asset” from the dropdown menu.

  4. Smart List

    Click the “Smart List” asset type.

  5. Name the Smart List

    Enter a name for the new Smart List and click the “Create” button.

  6. Add PingPilot Filters

    Search for “PingPilot” in the filters menu. Drag the filters you’d like to use onto the canvas on the left. In this example, we’ve also configured our Smart List to use the “is not not empty” constraint.

  7. Add Constraints

    PingPilot has custom constraints you can use for your Smart List.

  8. Confirm Constraints

    In this example, our list will be limited to lead activity on a Signal named, “Atlassian Main,” leads dedicated to “Thomas Horner.”

  9. Confirm Leads Exist

    You should see lead activity on your Smart List if your customers have been using speaking with your agents via PingPilot.

  10. Create a Lead Performance Report

    Under Marketing Activities, select the program that is housing your PingPilot smart list. Then click the “New” button and select the “New Local Asset” option from the dropdown.

  11. Click Report

    Click “Report” for your New Local Asset type.

  12. Set Lead Performance

    Select “Lead Performance” as your report type.

  13. Create Report

    Name your report and click the “Create” button.

  14. Add Your PingPilot Smart Lists a Report Columns

    From the Report settings screen, click “Custom Columns” on the right sidebar.

  15. Choose PingPilot Smart Lists

    Find and select the new PingPilot Smart Lists you’ve created from the menu.

  16. Apply PingPilot Smart Lists

    Click “Apply” to add your PingPilot smart list columns to your report.

  17. Run Your Report

    Click “Report” to run the report and see your data.
